About Erica McIlroy

Loving. Compassionate. Driven. Connector. Empowering.

The thread connecting Erica’s varied work has always been the same: a deep desire to help people find healing, justice, and meaning.

After earning her Juris Doctorate, she began her career in public interest law, working on immigration and asylum cases. Many of her clients had endured unimaginable hardship, and their stories profoundly shaped the way she understands justice, compassion, and human dignity.

Those early experiences continue to guide her work today. Whether she is speaking on her podcast or pursuing theological research, Erica continually explores how law, faith, and compassion can work together to create a more restorative and humane world.
